A residence in the centre of Lisbon with sixteen (16) rooms and four (4) bathrooms (3 of them with a shower and 1 with just a toilet), oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located close to Marquês de Pombal.
ROOMS
The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.
COMMON AREAS
The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned up to twice a week by the cleaning staff.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.
LOCATION
This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks and it is just a step away from the Parque Eduardo VII.
TRANSPORT
In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in).
+ Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in).
+ Extra cost of 50€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons.
📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date.
🕛 CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm.

- Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 €
