Right next to Primado Reig tram stop connecting Universitat de Valencia, Universitat Politecnica, CEU San Pablo and near many other universities such as the Instituto Superior Ensenyances Artistiques ISEACV, the Faculty of Enfermeria and Podiatry, the Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir - INEDE Business School, and many others. The appartment has a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with a small gallery, and a community patio/garden where you can park your bike under the tress.
