Quarto privado em Berlin, Berlin

We live in a big house. I am a German and English teacher. I like dancing and music. Four rooms for guests are on the 1st floor, we live downstairs in the same house. There is a little kitchen for you, too. You can share our nice garden and have a barbeque. Guests who book for 1 month or longer must bring their own towels and toilet paper, bedsheets and bedlinen are in the room of course.
I require the total sum to be sent before arrival via bank transfer.
Plus 25 € final cleaning (1 month or longer stay 45€) and 7,5% city tax (in Berlin unfortunately regulation for everyone) must be paid.
