Theodor 4 is a fully furnished and equipped 3-bedroom apartment for 3 individuals in a residential and calm neighbourhood. The apartment has a shared kitchen with dining space and shared bathroom.
A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.
The Theodor building is located on the border of Reinickendorf and Wedding. There are several supermarkets close by and it is only a few minutes walking distance to the U-bahn station Franz-Neumann-Platz where the U8 brings you to Alexanderplatz in 13 minutes.
Bikes can be parked in the shared courtyard. There is free car parking in the streets just around the corner.
The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
