Flat description:
Welcoming 5-bedroom flat on the 3rd floor, featuring 2 WCs. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine and has a closed-out balcony. The building also has 2 lifts for easy access.
Room:
This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room is also the most isolated one of them all, being the one closest to the kitchen. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
Others:
- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
