This stylish loft is located within a large apartment, sharing only a common entrance. Each unit is fully independent, featuring its own private space and a secure lockable door, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Mid-term rental (temporary use only). This property is offered exclusively for temporary stays (2 to 11 months), in accordance with use other than habitual residence (Art. 3 LAU).
Tenants must provide valid documentation justifying the temporary nature of the stay (e.g. work assignment, studies, medical reasons, relocation, etc.). The property cannot be used as a primary residence.
Expenses
Utilities are included in the rent up to €150/month (water, electricity, gas, and internet).

Situated in the prestigious Sarrià area, close to Turó Park, DIR Diagonal, business centres, and luxury retail. A quiet, residential neighbourhood with excellent green spaces.

AGENCY PROVISION OF SERVICES
• 2–4 months: 70% of one month’s rent + VAT
• 4–6 months: 80% of one month’s rent + VAT
• 6–11 months: 1 month’s rent + VAT
These fees correspond to professional intermediation, contract management, and tenant support services.
