Each apartment has two bedrooms, so they share common rooms with the other guests. The studios are on the ground floor of the building and are particularly attractive thanks to their location in the courtyard of the building, which gives them plenty of light. They have a double bed, a 42-inch TV, 1 GB of Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, fully equipped bathrooms, and a lounge. Their elegant and tasteful decoration contrasts with details such as the original vaulted ceiling of the building and a private terrace in two of the studios, which gives them a much cozier atmosphere.
In addition, we have a multi-purpose ground floor that can be used as a work area or for events and socializing just across the street from the building.
