<p><strong>Cancellation&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>If you cancel your booking prior to the License being executed, your Booking Fee of &euro;300 will be refunded to you provided that you cancel within the "Cooling-off Period". Please note that this period may vary depending on the day the booking is completed. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you fail to obtain a visa for travel and study, you must submit your request in writing or via email to the property manager within 3 days of receiving your visa rejection letter, along with a copy of the letter. Once we review it, we will refund your booking fee and any rent payment received in full.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you fail to secure a place at your chosen college, we will waive the license fees and refund any advance fees paid if you can provide evidence that you were not accepted at a university/college within a reasonable distance of the booked accommodation. You must submit your cancellation request along with valid proof within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving confirmation that you did not secure a place. Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge receipt and refund any fees paid in advance.&nbsp;</p> <p>Even if you are waiting for your visa, your CAO results or college acceptance, you remain liable for the room fee payable under the license until we receive the necessary documentation.&nbsp;</p>
