Rascanya received its name from the old Rascanya farmstead back when (hidden) was part of Al-Andalus (Spain's denomination while under Muslim occupation). The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Estadi de la Ciutat de (hidden), home to (hidden)’s beloved Levante FC. Many locals also visit Rascanya to go shopping at the Arena Multiespacio, a 3-story commercial center with a shopping mall, grocery stores, and plenty of other leisure options for everyone.
Transportation:
This apartment is located eight minutes away from Tossal del Rei tram stations serving line 6. There are also several bus lines serving the area, with the closest bus stops being for lines 89, N2, N89, 6, 16 and 11.
